Moderate Distribution List

Hi Guys

I have created a distribution list that will mail all our staff, I have a problem. Is there any way to moderate this mails going to a distribution list. I don't want just any body mailing this list I want to approve or deny the mail?

Unfortunately I do not believe that is has that capability though you could look at integrating Wiki :: Mailman.
