Hello,

zimbra open source is compatible with most of the mail client software like ms outlook, outlook express, thunderbird, incredimail but it is only for mail access ..if i m not wrong licensed outlook connector required to get all features like calender and address book sync.
I have access zimbra web client and i must say it is really good and gives more features that normal domino / exchange client web interface.
can we get calender and address book sync through web interface ? and
what is zimbra desktop ? i have read some of the like realted to it but couldnt get clear picture. do we need to install zimbra desktop to get all features ? if yes then can we use in production ?

Thanks

If you are using the webclient then everything is sync'd already. What are you trying to sync against as your posting is not very clear. Zimbra Desktop
