Default Where is this spam score adjusted?

I'm seeing a log of messages with the following;
Code:
X-Virus-Scanned: amavisd-new at
X-Spam-Flag: YES
X-Spam-Score: 7.766
X-Spam-Level: *******
X-Spam-Status: Yes, score=7.766 tagged_above=-10 required=5
	tests=[AV:HTML.Phishing.Bank-573=0.1,  DATE_IN_PAST_03_06=1.394,
	HTML_MESSAGE=0.001, LOCAL_PHISH=4.5, MIME_HTML_ONLY=1.672,
	MISSING_SUBJECT=0.1, NO_RECEIVED=-0.001]
I added the LOCAL_PHISH to salocal.cf.in in order to kick up the Spam score, but I would have thought the "AV:HTML.Phishing.Bank-573" would have had a similar result.
I can't seem to find where to adjust the score for that, any ideas/suggestions?

Thanks

Are you using SaneSecurity signatures ? Have a read through [SOLVED] SaneSecurity ClamAV or FuzzyOCR SpamAssassin Plugins as you can modify amavisd.conf.in and salocal.cf to tune those results from ClamAV.
