[SOLVED] Archive Trouble

I'm trying to create an archive mailbox. I'm using the guide found at the bottom of this page:

Zimbra email archiving, discovery, and search for corporate governance, SOX and HIPAA compliance.

When I try the following command:

zmarchiveconfig enable user@example.com

I get the following error:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException
at com.zimbra.cs.archive.ArchiveSoapProvisioning.enab leArchive(ArchiveSoapProvisioning.java:45)
at com.zimbra.cs.archive.ArchiveUtil.main(ArchiveUtil .java:143)

Any ideas? Archiving is installed and running. Did I miss a step someplace?
