Default A message not spam tested?

I happened across an email header that troubles me a bit. Is it possible for an email to come in and not be scanned by the spam scanners at all? Here's part of the header in question:

Code:
X-Spam-Flag: NO
X-Spam-Score: 0
X-Spam-Level:
X-Spam-Status: No, score=x tagged_above=-10 required=6.6 tests=[]
It looks like it wasn't even tested at all. It's a legitimate email, but showing no tests worried me. In fact, as I'm browsing other headers for this particular user, many messages have that same header showing no tests.

Shouldn't be. It's emails from multiple addresses showing that way. None should be whitelisted as they're just emails from customers.

Okay, what you can do is increase the logging of amavis to see what is happening. Make the change log_level=2 in /opt/zimbra/conf/amavisd.conf.in and then restart ZCS. When you get a email like that again check in /var/log/zimbra.log and post the log entries for us to take a look at.

OK. I'll have to wait until later today to do the restart. Restarting Zimbra has a naughty tendency to kick all of our Outlooks offline.
