Importing Addresses For Distribution Lists

In Zimbra FOSS 5.0.6 is there any way to import external e-mail address thru like a .csv file to create Distribution Lists?
I do not see any in the Admin web interface but thinking there may be a command line script I could use.

The syntax

zimbra@mail:~> zmprov adlm
usage: addDistributionListMember(adlm) {list@domain|id} {member@domain}+

is what I was looking for. Will try that.
