sent folder: restricting access of group members possible?

Hello


We are soon going to setup Zimbra test environment for some users, but I should know already today
the following:


1.
Is it possible to have Zimbra all sent mails (of different users) stored in a/the single sent-folder?



2.
Can sent mails (in the sent-forder) be delete-protected by activationg the "read-only setting" of
the delegated shared mailbox feature ?
(we will have a look at the ZAD-feature of the NE at a later point in time :-)
