Can't Create account

I renamed an account from user@domain.com to user1@domain.com and when i tried rename back to user@domain.com the zimbra admin display an error"Account already exist" an the account is not there!! i tried create again and the same error... is a way to look for the user@domain.com manually and delete all the register? i tried restore for old backup but didn't work

My zimbra version is Release 5.0.13_GA_2791.RHEL5_64_20090206112057 RHEL5_64 NETWORK edition

I'll appreciate your help!!
