    Default Disabling Forwarding Filter

    Is there any way to disable the ability to forward with a filter? The "allow the user to specify a forwarding address" is not checked but if I enable the filter to forward, the messages will forward.

    or

    the above commands doesn't works in zimbra 5.0.4.
    Even i want to disable the mailforwading option in filters. same commands are working fine in zimbra 6.0.9
    Awaiting response.
