Default mysqlhotcopy
Anyone ever used mysqlhotcopy to make live backups? MySQL :: MySQL 5.0 Reference Manual :: 4.6.9 mysqlhotcopy — A Database Backup Program

It looks like it's dependent on MyISAM and Archive engines. Haven't looked at what Zimbra uses, and feeling a bit lazy at the moment. Any idea what MySQL engine ZCS uses?
