Default Hardware Migration (32bit to 64bit)

I'm looking to do a hardware migration at some point in the near future. As part of this I'll be moving from 32bit Ubuntu (32bit Zimbra) to 64bit Ubuntu (64 bit Zimbra). I'm wondering if anybody has any experience with this, and curious how this will effect things if I was to do Network Edition full backup and then a restore. Will the restore still work even though I've changed architectures?

Or is there a better way to migration my data to the new server?

Thanks!

Have a look here: Zimbra on Ubuntu 8.0.4 - severe issues before upgrading.
Otherwise, the Wiki article mentioned above works. Stick to it step by step.
