Backup Reporting

I have two zimbra message store servers. Each has backups running each night however I only get one ZCS Backup Report for one of my servers.

When I go into Administration Console-Manage Global Settings-Backup Tab for server 0, I have the following settings:

/opt/zimbra/backup
admin@messagestore01.lafayette.edu
ZCS Backup Report
admin@messagestore01.lafayette.edu

When I go into Administration Console-Manage Global Settings-Backup Tab for server 1, I have the following settings:

/opt/zimbra/backup
admin@messagestore01.lafayette.edu
ZCS Backup Report
admin@messagestore01.lafayette.edu

My questions are:

1. Are the Administration Console settings synched for all of my Zimbra servers such that I need not go the Administration Console on each server. This is certainly implied by the work "Global".

2. If, as I suspect, the settings for the backup reports are synched then how do I get each of my zimbra message store servers to send me a report?
