Default cannot receive incoming mail,Help!!!

while checking from the admin console ,under the mail queues options...I'm getting the following error ..could anybody please shed some light on the following error:
Message: system failure: exception during auth {RemoteManager: host->zimbra@host:22} Error code: service.FAILURE Method: GetMailQueueInfoRequest Details:soap:Receiver

and also I can send mail from the server but cannot receive the incoming mail from outside....could anybody help on this...

Sounds like a SSH issue to me so have a read through [SOLVED] Remote Manager, Port 22 issue.

well thanks for the reply...but I'm bit confused..as mentioned in some security forums I changed the ssh port to some other port rather than the default port 22..as it's not very safe to be on the default port 22.can you please give some info on this...your help will be greatly appreciated
