No luck with the newer migration wizard, below are some details on the exact issues:

Email from anyone outside of the organization imports perfectly.
Email from other users on the exchange server imports with no from address.
Contacts for people outside of exchange imports perfectly.
Contacts for other users on the exchange server imports without an email address.

Import performed on the exchange server with a domain admin account.
Exchange 2000.
Outlook 2003.

It's basically acting like it can't see the global address book, everything else works great including the split-domain setup documented on the zimbra wiki.

The exchange server I was running it on does have Outlook 2003 installed.

Sam, EXCELLENT FIND. Ran the import on another machine with outlook 2003 that doesn't have exchange installed, works perfect now. Thanks for your help in troubleshooting this issue.
