How can I configure briefcase to show the 'Detail View' by default?

I, too, would like to have my briefcase view always be details.

I take it this is not possible? I see the submit bug thing at the top do I use that or where is the request feature site?

If you check possible account settings / defaults:

zmprov ga harry.helpdesk@managedemail.de | grep -i briefcase

you'll get something like

zimbraFeatureBriefcaseDocsEnabled: TRUE
zimbraFeatureBriefcaseSlidesEnabled: TRUE
zimbraFeatureBriefcaseSpreadsheetEnabled: TRUE
zimbraFeatureBriefcasesEnabled: TRUE

It seems there's no setting for "zimbraFeatureBriefcaseDefaultView". So it might be a good idea to file an RFE.
