I would like to turn off backups completely on one of my test servers. I have tried everything including removing the cronjob but it still seems that the backups happen. I even see that the cronjob is put back into the crontab.
Took me a long time to find this! This backup tool is not a good idea for 100,000s of accounts. What we are going to do instead is snap the LUNs on the SAN with consistency groups.
