Default [SOLVED] Missing Email.

My users complain that sometime they do not receive email from other company. The email like missing and do not know deliver to where?!

It happens sometimes and not all the times. how can i troubleshoot it with my zimbra server?

Welcome to the forums

If you know the sender then check /var/log/zimbra.log to see if your Zimbra server actually received it. Did the sender get a NDR (Non Delivery Report) at all ? Have you checked your mail queues from the Admin GUI for anything in deferred ?

i have checked the zimbra log and notice that the mail has been delivered to the mailbox sucessfully.....The sender send email to my colleagues. But weird thing is only one colleague received the email and the other colleague did not receive it. As i write as beginning of this reply, i saw the mail had been successfully sent to the two mailboxes.
