Default [SOLVED] Zimbra Caldav

Hey

I'm using zimbra for mail but also as a calendar which I synchronize in thunderbird.

But now i want to add appointments with a program running on my server.

I've been looking into caldav and all. but i'm not quite sure on how to use it.

there's a cli called 'cadaver' and it looks like it is possible with that.

Code:
dav:!> open https://server.homelinux.org:7443/dav/matthew/Calendar/

Bump,

Does someone has a suggestion to add an appointment to zimbra calendar via command line interface?

Kind regards

Hi Matthew...

You can create an ICS file and then post it into an account using 'zmmailbox postRestURL'.

You can export an existing calendar or event to see what it looks like, or use this tool....
pratie.com -- create a icalendar/vcalendar event file

Take that file and do something like this on the command line.

Code:
zmmailbox -m ACCOUNT postRestURL(pru) /path/to/ics/file.ics
That should do it.

thank you Mat.

Mat, as in Matthew?

this was verry helpful.

Edit:
I finally got to use this command:

Code:
zmprov sm user pru /calendar test.ics
it works verry good now
