 Creating a Test Server
I am aware that this is backwards, but after experiencing issues with patching a production server, I would like to create a test server with the same configuration, and even include the current message store, indexes etc so there is some real data involved.
Prod server is prod.domain.com
test server is test.domain.com
I use a gateway sendmail server that does internal mail routing so mx records are not involved.
What would the steps be to do a zmrestore from the latest full backup of prod on test?
