Problem with restoring a backup

Hi all

I'm trying to restore a backup for a specific mail account. I'm getting this error message though:


Failure code: service.FAILURE Mail: system failure: Error executing redoOp Details:soap:Receiver

Has anyone seen this before? Is there another way to restore a backup instead of using the web UI?

To save having to keep asking, could you update your forum profile with the output of:

zmcontrol -v

The restore and backup can be run from the command line, check the current Admin Guide Documentation for detail of the format. There's also examples in the wiki here and here
