Question Migrate infrastructure from single to multi server

Hi all.
We got Zimbra running quite well for the last year or so.
The virtual machine we installed zimbra on was on vmware server, and we have some difficulties migrating to new new esxi infrastructure.

I decided to:
Setup 2 more zimbra server on esxi virtual machines
Move all the mailboxes to the new servers
Disable the first server and leave the other two as "clustered"

We proceeded with the installation of all services on the new two servers and we're now starting some tests.

The problems we're encountering:
Is there a way to have a single spam training account across servers/domains?
Is there a way to move all the spam training information we got on the first server to the others?
Is it possile to remove old servers from the Zimbra Administration web page?

Ciao
AleX
