Receiving mail from root@localhost

What is the best/recommended way of enabling Zimbra to recieve mail from "root@localhost.localdomain"? I currently have quite a few messages in the active queue not being delivered to the destined user.

Do you have that domain created? Can you post the headers of an example and the error of why they are queue'd?
