Please check your Log Files - Zimbra :: Wiki for any error messages. You could try Wiki :: Recreating a Self Signed Certificate from the command line and then restart the services. First stop though is to check actually what the error is you are receiving. Would you also please post the output from
Code:
su - zimbra
zmcontrol -v
so we know which version you are running

Check your logfiles as advised in my earlier post, and you could try re-creating the certificate from the command line.

What part specifically, I have to post the zimbra.log. Because the log is too big.

Shutdown ZCS, move zimbra.log and mailbox.log to .bck, and then start ZCS again. You can then look for any error messages on start. The files are more manageable then especially for posting
