Attachments not able to be downloaded via Web UI

Hi guys,

I'm having a bit of a problem with a situation that has recently come up in which if someone is using the web interface and receives a message with an attachment (such as a PDF or XLS), if they click the "download" link it only shows the HTML version of the message (not prompting them to save the file).

I did not notice anything out of the ordinary in /var/log/zimbra.log, or in the various /opt/zimbra/log files.

This is occuring in both IE and FF. I checked out the Zimbra demo site and when attempting to download an attachment there it works fine. I tried reinstalling Zimbra over itself (thinking something might have gotten out of whack or a setting changed even though no one has logged into the box since the last upgrade was done upon release the latest stable NE release).

Any ideas on the best way to troubleshoot this?
