Move Primary Message Store

I've been adding a number of email users to my zimbra installation and want to move the Primary Message Store off my RAID 5 array and put it on a RAID 1 array.

I tried zmcontrol stop, copy /opt/zimbra/store & index data to tmp locations, mount the new RAID 1 array to /opt/zimbra/store and index and then move the files back. That did not work.

What is the best way to get this done?

Would you be so kind as to describe words "that didn't work". We tried such moving many times and were successful. Any errors in log files?

- check files permissions.
- try to reinstall zimbra after moving of store data with the help of install scripts.

We have no problems after this
