Default how can i append a message to all mails
Hi,
i want to add a default message,or abanner to all mails which sent by zimbra mail server

is it possible to do this?

thanks Bill,
is not there a smiple way except this,i only add a simple signature or a string to all outgoing messages,adding a message to textarea
