Default Mail is being queued, not delivered!

I am running ZCS 4.5.10GA. It works wonderfully! One issue:
All mail from a certain domain is being queued and not delivered. It is sitting in the incoming que. I have added the domain to all the whitelists and the av bypass list. No luck, it still sits there. Here is the actual error:

Sender: jkimbal@problemdomain.com
From Host: outbound.mse79.exchange.com
From domain: problemdomain.com
From IP: 205.160.233.200
Recipients: bob@mydomain.com;jake@mydomain.com
To domain: mydomain.com
Content-filter:smtp-amavis:[127.0.0.1]:10024
Size: 0
Reason: undefined

Any idea on why all mail from problemdomain.com are being queued?

(Names have been changed to protect the innocent!)
I used this article as a basis to add the domain to the whitelists and the anti-virus bypass:

Thanks!!

Default Please Help!!

I have a client crawling up my a**. I cannot seem to get this one domain to just deliver. I don't care anymore about the spam filter or antivirus. I just need to get my Zimbra server to deliver this damn domain's mail. PLEASE SOMEBODY!! Give me a hand here. How do I tell ZImbra to just forget queueing the mail and just deliver it?????

Why is this so hard? Why is it so hard to tell Zimbra not to filter, touch, molest all the mail from this domain and just deliver it!!!

Help!

Post your zimbra.log and mailbox.log files so we can see some details. Is it filtering this domain for all messages sent to all email accounts on your server or just a specific user? If it's just a specific user disable their mail filters and see if it starts to come in.

Default Thanks for responding!!

Here is the deal. All messages from wellhead.com just sit in the incoming queue. Some may be delivered 24 hours later. Some just never go out of the incoming que. They are not being deferred.
I need the domain 'wellhead.com' to just be delivered. I don't even want spam filtering or AV to check, touch, breath on any mails from this domain. I'll happily just trust all mail from these guys. How do I tell Zimbra to just bypass all the spam filteirng and AV on this one domain?

How do I get my log files off the box? Can I attach them to an email from the command line?

You'll need to have ssh access to the box.

grep 'wellhead.com' /var/log/zimbra.log

mailbox.log is located /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log

Not sure how to turn off spam filtering per domain.

Default Log output

Mailbox.log has nothing in it that has 'wellhead.com'. As you can see from the zimbra.log, all mail from wellhead.com is being queued. I don't know why. I just want it delivered.

Thank you very much for the help so far!

The Zimbra log output that has been filtered for 'wellhead.com' is below:

Have you checked the users mail filters? It seems like they have a filter going on that's not allowing the messages to be delivered. Just uncheck all their filters and see what that does.

Default Users mail filters

Where are they located? The only filters I can enable or disable are in the admin console.

They'd be in the users mail account under mail filters. You'll have to login as them.

Default No filters defined

Users have no filters defined. I unchecked all their local filters just to be sure. then I restarted the server. Still the mail for that domain sits in the incoming queue. If I had hair, I'd be pulling it out right about now!
