Default [SOLVED] Problem Pulling External Account

This feature was working great until yesterday. It continues working on about 100 accounts just fine. However, I have one account that is throwing the following error, and I have no idea why. Hoping someone can help me out. Here is the error:

If you telnet to the remote host on port 110 and manually enter the credentials does it work ?

Yes, that works fine. What's weird is that it appears to me that the Zimbra system is saying, ok, I have mail here but I can't dump it from the remote system into your inbox, because I can't open your inbox. That doesn't make sense to me because it fails when I am logged into to zimbra mail as the user and do a manual pull as well with the same type of error.

Default Maybe.

I would try deleting that external account setup. Reindex the mail box and then resetup for the external account.
