Default Conversations View Issues

There are instances where Zimbra gets confused and puts mail messages in the wrong conversation. Is there a way to direct these wayward messages into the correct conversation?

Default Confused conversations

I just downloaded the most-up-to-date beta version today and I am having the same problem. There are a lot of emails that get grouped together in a conversation that have no apparent connection to one another at all. [The subject headings aren't even close and the body of the email may have some shared words but no great similarity on a % basis.]

I ended up turning off the conversation view.
