[SOLVED] how to reset password for admin console

Hi,

Long back i installed zombra in test environment and now just want to test upgrade and other stuff . but i forgot password of admin console. Is there any way to reset the password for it ?

when i am trying to open the admin console after ssl certificate i am getting blank page without any erorr message.

I never face such type of the issue. I have clear browser cache but no use.

The version is ZCS 4.5.10 - on RHEl 5 - 64 bit.

Is this after changing the admin password ? what happens if you connect via IP address instead of hostname ?

Sorry for late reply. Unfortunately i didnt check it before changing the password. i always access zimbra admin console through with ip address...when i put https://<ip address>:7071/zimbraAdmin then i get ssl certificate if i click on yes then its shows just blank background without zimbra admin console authentication dialog box. even i m not getting any error message also...pls suggest...i want to upgrade this system asap.
