[SOLVED] Daily mail reports

Hi All,

After December 6'th 2008 our ZCS 5.0.11 (installed on Open SuSe 10.3), all reports send by serve look like this:

Generating report
From 2009-01-18 00:00:00 to 2009-01-19 00:00:00

No messages found

I search on forum but I can't find anything that can help me to solve this issue.

in zmcontrol status all services are started and work OK.

Someone can give an idea where can be the problem?

I follow the steps described on Wiki (Logger - Zimbra :: Wiki) but now I don't recive the daily report What can I do?

I test as zimbra user: /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmdailyreport -m and I receive the mail...but why it's not sended automatically at midnight?

Any ideea where to check?

Hi all,

After another 24h the server send me againd the correct reports avery midnight! So, the ideea is, if the procedure from Logger - Zimbra :: Wiki do not have the results that you expect, verify with command (as zimbra user) /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmdailyreport -m if the report will be generated

For me, after these steps the problem was solved!

We daily receive report with No messages found .
I tested : /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmdailyreport -m and still receive the mail with No messages found.
CAn anyone please help.

You haven't said whether you tried the steps mentioned above, did you and what were the results?

I had tried the steps mentioned above but was not having any result. Did a restart and it worked
