[SOLVED] calendar issue - appt's not showing up

I have a user who contacted me today. She says that when she puts an appt in her calendar (web mail) it never appears in her calendar. She has her calendar shared with people and they apparently she these appts in her shared calendar that she has entered some up to 20 times (duplicated), but she never see's them. She is using Firefox 3.0.5 on Windows XP. I've asked her to clear her cache and try to login to Zimbra again. She has tried with still the same results. I can not login to the admin console until tonight to open her mailbox on my PC. I was thinking of maybe doing a reindex on her mailbox, but I don't know if the symptoms really fit. I did some searches on the forums, and did not see any other similar posts.

Any ideas?

Sorry to post this. I come to find out it was user error. The person did not have her calendar selected in the view.
