I have a company where everybody has its own email address. We also have some default mail addresses like
info@company.com,
sales@company.com, etc.
We use the web interface from zimbra. Everybody has as primary its own email adress. (name@company.com) Sales people have also the default sales mailbox as second mailbox. (We use IMAP to read email)
I want that the people can choose which email address they use as sender. Know they only can choose there own email address as sender. (by clicking account by making a new e-mail)
When you go to accounts (under preferences) where I have added the
sales@company.com account there you can change some information. You can choose which name to display when sending with the account. But I can only choose the persons own email address as the sending email address. (it's a drop down box) I would like to choose for the
sales@company.com email address.
Does somebody know if this is possible, and yes, how it is possible?
