Default Import Function Missing in ZCS 5.0.11

I'm in the process of rolling out ZCS 5.0.11. While training employees, I found that the 'Import' function is not available in the Documents tab. I evaluated on ZCS 5.0.8 prior to this implementation and that function exists. Was the 'Import' button removed in later versions? Or is there a configuration option I missed that enables this function?

Thanks in advance,

Ryan Frantz

Default Still Missing

I'm using the Yahoo theme right now (screenshot attached). I've tried other themes with the same result. I figured I need to update some global configuration option (i.e. the default CoS)...

Oh! That's not "import"...that's the "instant messenger" tab. That is in the COS. It's under the "Features" tab, "major features" section.

Default Updated Screenshots

Here is a better screenshot with some annotation. Notice that version 5.0.8 includes the 'Import' function and version 5.0.11 does not.

For clarification, I'm using the same theme (Yahoo) in both versions, and the IM tab is visible. I'm looking for the Document 'Import' function, not instant messaging.

Sorry for my confusion! That's missing on mine as well. I've never used the Documents tab so I've never really checked it out before.

I see it, and it allows me to import files of various formats. Amuzingly, I never noticed it before, so thanx for mentioning it
