Remove preference option for free/busy?

We are wondering if there is a way to remove the option from Preferences->Calendar that allows users to specify who can see their free/busy time. We would leave the default (everyone can see everyone's free/busy) and just remove the option entirely from the preferences page so users can't change it.

Does anybody know if this is possible? Thanks,
