Default Symantec errors

Hi There

I was wondering if anyone can help. We have a number of users running Symantec and ever time they open or reply to an email they get the attached message

Has anyone come across this before ? or have any suggestions

Thanks in advance
Ronan

What Symantec services are these users running? Is it just anti-virus/anti-spyware or are they running the firewall and/or some other services?

What happens if you stop the service temporarily on one of the machines exhibiting the problem ?

we offer a free service so I will ask one of them to switch it off.

Im sure the problem is a setting within the AV but as dont use symantec, unsure what could be doing it
