Distribution list
1. In Zimbra Admin Console, Create a distribution list, support@yourdomain.com, and add each internal support agent to that list. this takes care of all support personnel receiving the incoming e-mail.
2. cc support@yourdomain.com on replies, and responses will also be sent to all users on outgoing mail.
3. (optional) Ask the fine folks at Zimbra how they manage their support e-mails using one incoming support e-mail address. They may have a better solution
