Upgrading Zimbra

Want to Upgrade ZCS Version: Release 5.0.0_GA_1869.RHEL5_64_20071218190015 RHEL5_64 FOSS edition to present release.
Currently having 150+ user.

Any help, guideline.

Download the correct version for your O/S, take a backup, take another backup, and then ./install.sh.

#zmcontrol shutdown
# tar -cf /backup /opt/zimbra
# take another backup

be sure to read the release notes as I seem to think you may have to upgrade to another 5.0.x version before going to .11 I may be wrong but anyway the release notes always have good info for how to upgrade from all versions even 4.x
