Setting COS as Domain Administrator

Hi all,

starting with Zimbra 5.0.11 it is possible to give a Domain Administrator the option to select a COS for a newly created account out of a set of Classes (predefined by the Zimbra Administrator at the Domain level). The valuable new feature works for me.

But it seems to be impossible for the Domain Administrator to change the COS for an existing account. I get a SOAP Error:

Mail: permission denied: can not modify attr: zimbraCOSId Fehlercode: service.PERM_DENIED Method: ModifyAccountRequest Details:soap:Sender

Is this the intended behavior or a bug?
