Admin Console :: Mozilla 1.4+

The notice about supported browsers for the admin console indicates that Mozilla 1.4+ is a supported browser. However, I've tried several versions of Mozilla and have yet to find one that doesn't get the error. Is this inaccurate documentation or am I missing something?

One of the listed supported browsers is "Mozilla 1.4+"
I have tried a 1.7, 1.5, and now even 1.4. Still get the error, and the login screen loads improperly. (off center)

Oh, and the login screen reports the browser as "Mozilla/5.0".
