Good log samples?

Hi,

I know we get lots of errors in the logs, but I'm trying to find information on what a good log should look like, some samples.

I cant see errors on receiving mail on my server, but its not receiving anything right now, and i like to know what a received mail confirmation looks like in the logs, so I guess a sample of good logs would be "good"

ps: I've looked in the wiki, I know where the logs are, but I cant see any samples there.
