Default Tomcat error while downloading attachments

Hi, we're using 4.5.11 OS edition for some reasons and we can't find a solution for our problem. We were using 4.5.6 and upgraded to 4.5.11 recently. Both webmail and admin services running on port 443 before and after upgrade it becomes 80 and 7071. We somehow succeeded to change both of them to run on 443 again.

Now we have problem on our web clients that is downloading or viewing the attachments gives a tomcat error ;

HTTP Status 403 - must authenticate

type Status report

message must authenticate

description Access to the specified resource (must authenticate) has been forbidden.


I can't find a solution and also in the forum there's only one thread about it which goes nowhere ;

Tomcat Error when opening attachments

Any ideas?
