Default Absolute URLs in Documents and Briefcase?

Hello all,

Since upgrading to 5.0.11, our users are being prompted to re-enter their login credentials the first time they open anything in Documents or any Briefcase file.

I've noticed that URLs here are not relative.

For example, our users access the server internally by using internal name e.g. 'https://myserver'

But when they attempt to open their Briefcase item, its path is not:

Code:
https://myserver/home/myuser@mydomain.com/Briefcase/myfile.png
It is the FQDN, e.g.:

Code:
https://myserver.mydomain.com/home/myuser@mydomain.com/Briefcase/myfile.png
I assume this is why we are prompted to provide login credentials again.

Is this controllable? Can I make it use relative URLs instead? Or is there some other issue altogether? Thanks.
