Exclamation Restriction in Admin console

Hello,

How do I make restriction in the admin console? lets say I wanna give a member server status responsibility, I went to Manager Accounts > Accounts > and edited the user then switch tabs to General Information but I didn't found anything related to this matter, there is only check box called Administrator in the account setup section.

Any help please?

Cheers,

I think the only way to do it would be to create a new skin which has had most of the functionality removed. You could then setup a new CoS and assign it to that user using that skin.

In order to trace th setup of skin, I copied the yahoo Skin to yahooo, I restatrt the server then I went to COS > Thems I didn't found it > Is there a procedure to setup new skin? Although I have been read the wiki of customazation new them.

How do I remove some functions during building new skin? > Is there an document?

Cheers,
