Default 5.0.11 & port 587

Hello I would like to be able to run SMTP secured on both port 25 and 589. I currently have port 25 secured using an SSL cert. My question is would my cert work for both port 25 & 587 ? Also when we upgrade will I have to go in and manually enable port 587 again?

Thanks in advance

Default SMTP port 589

Can I run both port 25 and port 589 for outgoing mail? If so will I have to make this change every time we upgrade? I'm dealing with more and more ISP who won't allow there customers to send mail through port 25. Please help, many thanks

Have a look at /opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/master.cf

Port 465 should already be configured for SMTP+SSL. I don't recall if this has to be configured in the Admin Console at all - I'm not able to log into mine from my current location so I can't double check..
but anyways ---
There's a line already in there that starts with "465" - that is the one for SSL. There is one in there that starts with "smtp" - that is for non-SSL. Just copy those lines exactly as is and replace the first column on the new duplicated line with the new port number.
