I`m having this error when I click on some messages,

msg: Se ha producido un error en el servicio de red.
code: CSFE_SVC_ERROR
method: SearchConvRequest
detail: HTTP response status 502

what can it be?

Are you saying that you've modified the zimbra httpd.conf? If you have then you should not do that, if that's not what you've done then a better description of what you've actually done would help.

Ok, I have an apache in 80 because I want to host in the same server a page for the organization, from that apache I connect to port 80, and I redirect to zimbra that goes in jetty on port 81, I use mod_jk. It is working fine without that exception, what can I do. I have only modified in the httpd.conf I have put the lines for the service, becuase in the link you put before someane says that adding /service what enough but he was with proxy and I`m with mod_jk.

I have problem when I upgrade Zimbra 7.1.1 to 7.1.4

I have message:
