Default Message status icons not working

Hi, I'm working with Zimbra Community 5.0.11 installation on CentoOS 5 64bit with about 50 users.

I've an issue with some shared mailboxes (not all of them) and I can't find an answer searching in the forums. When users forward a message from one of these mailboxes message status icon doesn't work properly. Icon shows the closed or open envelope for "message unread or read status" but not shows other status or shows it for a brief period of time then disappear.

Thanks for any help.

Flavio

Welcome to the forums

Sounds like Bug 27134 - HTML Client : Unread message count is wrong in shared folder so please vote for it.

Thank you for welcome

Some users have also reported that bug, but it doesn't seem to be the same issue of message status icon, doesn't it ?

I've found that this issue is present only in shared folder, any ideas to resolve it ?

We are seeing the same behavior. Our call center relies on the icon to indicate whether a message has been addressed since the shared folder is used by multiple people.
Any suggestions?
