How to disable the ability to change FROM name in Web client

Is there any method to disable the ability for a user to change their "From" name in the web client?

Preferences > Accounts

I disabled persona for the CoS, but they can still change the From name.

I am currently running a small distribution of Zimbra and the owner of the company wanted this locked down as well as basically everything. As such, we have manually configured all the accounts (as much as we could from COS, then the admin console, and finally from within the account itself) and then locked out preferences from all the users.

I do not know if you want to lock out the user as much as I needed to, but at least it can do what you are looking for.
