Default set read/unread flags independently

hi all

we are testing zimbra and found a last decision criterion. is there a way to share email folder access in a way that every user has his own read/unread flags?

example: a usere move a readed email in a shared folder. for this user, the flag is set on read. the other users should seen this email unread.

we tried something like:

sudo ./zmmailbox -z -m test@domain.com mfg /client account test2@domain.com riw

thanks a lot for hints

This is beginning to pinch us as well. Sure hope this gets pegged to a release sometime in the not so distant future.....

I suppose it's a basic technically problem!
It's not just a simple bug fixing.

The other option would be to just setup a distribution list to deliver the messages to each user and setup filters. Then, each user has their own read/unread flag and they can delete messages that don't apply to them, etc. as well.

Then obviously that's not a solution that's applicable to you.

I've been told that this issue is targeted for 6.5, but that release has not been scheduled yet, and probably won't be for quite a while.
