Please don't add your post to a thread that has nothing to do with your problem. Search the forums for the problem and update your forum profile with the output of the following:

zmcontrol -v

You should also check the log files for any errors and describe what, exactly, you are doing when you get this message.

Normally when I get that error it is a problem with the network, not to say that's what your problem is, but from my experience when users get that error it's always been a network problem.
